- Content and communications you choose to provide, including posts, messages, comments, media uploads, applications, forms, and support requests.
- Transaction and commerce information needed to process memberships, purchases, tickets, payouts, or other G50 services. Payment card details may be handled by payment processors rather than stored directly by G50.
- Device and usage information used for security, performance, analytics, troubleshooting, and improving the G50 experience.
- Camera, microphone, and media access only when you choose features that require them, such as G50 Native Live, recording, media upload, or profile/media creation.
How We Use Information
- Provide, secure, personalize, and maintain G50 Legacy features and services.
- Process memberships, purchases, registrations, payouts, support, and account administration.
- Enable community, messaging, media, creator, live-broadcast, event, marketplace, trade, readiness, and related G50 workflows you choose to use.
- Send service, transaction, security, and preference-based communications.
- Detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, policy violations, or technical problems.
How Information May Be Shared
- With service providers that support hosting, storage, communications, analytics, payments, security, media delivery, and other infrastructure needed to operate G50.
- With other G50 users or the public when you intentionally use public profiles, posts, listings, media, events, or other public-facing features.
- With third-party platforms when you intentionally connect or publish to those services.
- When required by law, legal process, security obligations, fraud prevention, or to protect rights and safety.
Data Retention
- We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate your account, provide requested services, satisfy contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or regulatory requirements.
- When an account deletion request is completed, account data is deleted or de-identified unless a limited category of information must be retained for a legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or regulatory reason.
Account and Data Deletion
- You may request deletion from within G50 Legacy through Profile → Account Settings → Danger Zone, or from the public Account Deletion page linked below.
- Account deletion is permanent. Temporary suspension, deactivation, or freezing is not treated as account deletion.
- If identity verification is needed for a public web request, we may verify that the requester controls the account before completing deletion.
Your Choices
- You can update certain profile, notification, privacy, and communication preferences from your G50 account settings.
- You can choose whether to grant camera, microphone, notification, or other device permissions. Some features will not work without the permission they require.
- You may contact us with privacy or data questions through the support channels provided by G50 Legacy.
Security
- We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and user information. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect account credentials and devices.
