Creator confirms all results are genuine. Fake engagement, bought followers, or inflated counts void the agreement and forfeit payout.
Required disclosure in every post

Creator agrees to include the exact disclosure language in every post, story, or share tied to this campaign, per FTC and platform rules.
Verified payout terms
G50 releases payout only after results are verified by the closeout process, per the payout rule shown on this page.
Creator accepts the payout rule, per-action value, and project cap as published. No payout is owed for unverified results.
Content rights & removal
G50 and the sponsor may use campaign content for attribution and campaign promotion during the campaign term.
Creator retains ownership of their content. Per campaign policy, campaign-tagged content may need to be removed after closeout within the grace window.
Confidentiality & fair dealing
G50 keeps campaign terms, sponsor details, and payout data confidential to the parties.
Creator agrees not to share confidential sponsor or deal information, and to represent the campaign honestly.
Dispute resolution
G50 will review any verified-result dispute in good faith within the closeout window.
Creator agrees to raise disputes through G50 closeout review, not public posts. Both parties act in good faith.

Fraudulent results, undisclosed paid posts, or breach of this agreement void payout and may suspend your G50 account. This protects honest creators and sponsors alike.
